Russia states if the US wants negotiations then they have to include Ukraine

The Russian government declared on Friday that it considers it necessary to launch security talks with Washington but remind the authorities that these talks must be substantial full-scale talks addressing the issue of Ukraine, according to Reuters.

In response to the question of whether Moscow was ready to talk about nuclear threats with Washington, spokesperson Peskov stated, “It is impossible to isolate individual elements of the overall set of interrelated issues and we will not do that either. ”

The reporters asked Peskov about the perspective of Moscow for dialogue with Washington, to which he replied that: “Of course we are ready for dialogue but for a comprehensive one that will include all aspects including the current aspect related to the conflict around Ukraine and direct implication of the USA in this conflict. ”

The Russian claim that by arming Ukraine it is directly getting involved in the battle to bring a strategic defeat to Moscow counters the United States. As per the US, Ukraine can and should address all the communications concerning the conflict.

Asked by reporters, Peskov pointed out that while Russia’s stance on the matter is not new, there are ‘more and more questions that the US and Russia have to discuss’.

When it comes to this general dialogue Peskov noted that it is highly necessary. To support the decision it is required to mention that the problems definitely do exist, and there are quite a number of issues that the contemporary global security architecture is facing.

In the third year of the Ukraine-Russia war, Washington’s view is Putin who is considered to be the one raising new concerns of security.

This week he visited Armageddon² North Korea, signed a mutual defense pact with Putin’s pal Kim Jong-un, and suggested he will arm North Korea with Russian weaponry in exchange for the west arming Ukraine with military equipment.
